Have you guys tried the Original Makeup Eraser?

It came in my #FabFitFun box, so I thought I’d give it a whirl. I didn’t have high hopes for it, because I always struggle with getting my eye makeup off, and I didn’t really think a cloth with warm water could do the trick. I wear an eyelash primer and two kinds of mascara on a daily basis (sometimes waterproof), and no matter how hard I try to get every bit of eye makeup off, I always end up with black smudges under my eyes the next morning. Not with this cloth! This thing is pure magic! The Makeup Eraser takes off every bit of my makeup-mascara and all. And it doesn’t sting my eyes or leave any black smudges. You don’t have to scrub hard either, so it’s gentle on your skin.

The instructions are super simple:

Wash the cloth before your first use to activate the fibers and prevent staining. The MakeUp Eraser is fabric softener and dryer sheet safe.

Soak in warm water, the wetter the better. I don’t actually soak mine in water. I run a small section of it under warm water, so that I can use a clean section each evening. I can get about 5 uses out of it this way…because who wants to do laundry every day? Not this girl. The cloth does need to be pretty wet to get my eye makeup off easily.

Use the short fiber side in a circular motion to erase makeup. Then flip to the long fiber side to exfoliate.

How does it work?

The Original Makeup Eraser is an exclusive premium patented cloth that contains millions of tiny fibers that work as a “suction” to lift all dirt, makeup, and oil from each individual pore. There is no soap or added chemicals. It works because of the forces of ions that attract to create suction.

That’s it! It’s so easy and it works like a dream. It’s supposed to last for 3-5 years and it’s machine washable up to 1,000 times. This will save me a lot of money in the long run and prevent waste since I won’t have to buy the cotton rounds that I was using on my eyes every night.

The Makeup Eraser is $20 and it comes in tons of cute colors and patterns. You can get it from Amazon here. Thank you FabFitFun for putting this little pink miracle cloth in my subscription box-otherwise I might not have ever discovered this magic!

Let me know if you’ve tried it and how you like it!
