Have you heard of Lipsense?
It’s seriously amazing. It’s a non conventional lip color that stays put. I’ve been wearing it for 3 years now, and I am obsessed! It’s guaranteed to last 4 hours but can last up to 18 hours. I put it on every morning at around 7 am before I leave for work and then I don’t have to think about it the rest of the day. I can go on about my business without having to worry about my lipstick smudging off. It’s a game changer for busy moms or just busy women in general! And my lips are the healthiest that they have ever been. I used to be addicted to chapsticks/lip balms, but now my lips aren’t dry, so I’m not constantly having to apply chapstick all day long.
Lipsense is water-proof, smudge-proof, kiss-proof, sweat-proof, budge-proof and basically life-proof. And just as important, it doesn’t dry out your lips when used properly. The proprietary formula and color pigments in Lipsense help create a mechanical shield from the sun and protect your lips from harmful rays, so I usually like to apply before going out in the sun. It comes in a variety of captivating colors and can be layered or pre-mixed to create endless possibilities.
Here’s How You Apply
Make sure your lips are clean and dry. I take a wet washcloth and rub it across my lips before applying. Then, shake the tube of Lipsense for 60 seconds to mix the color. Lipsense must be applied in 3 thin layers and then sealed with a moisturizing Senegence gloss. There are so many pretty gloss colors to choose from, too!
You apply Lipsense by moving the applicator in one continuous direction instead of going back and forth like you would with regular lipstick. Keep your lips apart, allowing a few seconds of drying time before applying the second and third layers. Your lips will be sticky until you apply the gloss.
After the Lipsense has had a few seconds to set, apply the gloss and go on about your day. I usually reapply the gloss a few times throughout the day to increase the staying power. I love that I don’t have to worry about my lip color coming off on my coffee mug and being able to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner without having to reapply. And I just feel more put together with a little color on my lips.
